The Disc Golf Pro Tour asked Anthem Disc Golf to create a hype intro video to kick off the season—the very first piece of media shown on the Disc Golf Network in the new year. Our task was to craft a concept, curate footage from both our library and the Pro Tour’s, and deliver a storied, high-energy video that would set the tone for the entire season.

Production Approach

We built the piece as a narrative-driven hype film, anchored by a voiceover from one of disc golf’s most recognizable voices—Brian Earhart. His narration guided viewers through the Pro Tour’s incredible growth and successes over the past decade, while the visuals combined iconic disc golf moments with our signature super slow-motion highlights, advanced motion graphics, and cinematic editing techniques. The result was a seamless fusion of history, emotion, and excitement designed to energize fans from the very first frame.

The Result

The finished hype intro premiered as the opening video of the year on the Disc Golf Network and was met with tremendous reviews. It not only set the stage for the season but also raised the standard for what disc golf media could be—storytelling that’s bold, polished, and unforgettable.
